Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how UNBOUND AF (“Unbound AF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares consumer health data in connection with https://unboundaf.com.

“Consumer health data” means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. For Unbound AF, that includes fitness, body, readiness, and nutrition information you provide or that is generated from your use of the Service.

This Policy is separate from our general Privacy Policy. It focuses on consumer health data disclosures.

• Fitness profile and onboarding body/training attributes (for example, height, bodyweight estimates, sex, training goals, limitations, sleep/stress self-reports)
• Workout and performance data (sessions, loads, repetitions, RIR, readiness checks, adaptation outcomes, training history)
• Nutrition and body data where enabled (food logs, macro/calorie targets, Adaptive Intake inputs such as age in years, metabolic sex, height, weight, activity, and pregnancy-related status when provided, and bodyweight logs)
• Free-text notes that may describe health, injury, or training constraints when you submit them for program or plan interpretation

We collect and use consumer health data to:

• Provide the fitness training Service you request
• Generate and update programs and training recommendations
• Log workouts and show progress
• Provide nutrition logging and targets where that feature is available to you
• Support household managed-profile and delegated Training/Nutrition access you authorize
• Secure the Service, provide support, and meet legal obligations

We do not collect consumer health data for cross-context behavioral advertising or for sale.

• You, when you create a profile, complete onboarding, log workouts, or use nutrition features
• Calculations and recommendations generated from your logged activity
• An authorized household member or delegate, when you grant Training or Nutrition access or when a managed profile is administered under household controls
• Third-party food reference data returned when you search foods (USDA FoodData Central)
• Optional AI interpretation of free-text notes you submit (processed via OpenRouter) for certain planning features

We share consumer health data with service providers that process it on our behalf to operate the Service. Categories of recipients:

• Infrastructure and database provider (Supabase) — stores and serves account, profile, training, and nutrition data
• AI processing provider (OpenRouter) — when you use optional text interpretation features, the submitted note and limited context may be transmitted for processing
• Food data provider (USDA FoodData Central) — receives search queries / food identifiers needed to look up nutrient information
• Hosting/CDN providers — transmit encrypted traffic and deliver the application

Payment processing (Stripe) and Google authentication primarily receive billing or identity information rather than workout logs; subscription status is used to gate access to the Service.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Unbound AF does not currently have corporate affiliates that receive this data.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling consumer health data
• Access consumer health data we hold about you
• Request deletion of consumer health data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent rather than providing the requested Service

Because Unbound AF uses consumer health data to provide the core Service you request, withdrawing consent or deleting data may mean we can no longer provide some or all of the Service.

Email support@unboundaf.com with the subject line “Consumer Health Data Request,” or use our account deletion request page for deletion requests.

We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Unbound AF does not sell consumer health data. We do not knowingly sell consumer health data of minors.

We may update this Policy when our collection, use, or sharing of consumer health data changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and, where required, additional notice or consent.
